APRIL 4, 2 Corinthians 1:20 

God is truth. God’s Word, the Bible you hold in your hands, is perfect and unchanging. According to His word, every promise of God will be fulfilled. In fact many have already been fulfilled. Do you know some of them?

Let us name a few of the promises in the Old Testament:

Jesus says He will come again and has promised to prepare a mansion in heaven for every Christian ( John 14:2). That means He will prepare a mansion for you and for me. Have you been to a mansion? It is a wonderful and large home, and that is what awaits us in heaven!

Thought: God is faithful and keeps every single one of His promises.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, thank You for your faithfulness. Help me to obey Thy commandments and keep me from evil. They are for my own good. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
